I went through and replaced the main fuel line from the tank to the water separator, then replaced the . When I'm working the machine and it beings to load up the engine before its about to stall, if I let go of all the controls, it recovers relatively quickly, but is also quick to bog down to the point that it will stall. In both cases the machines would start and idle fine, bog down under load, and stop. If I got off the throttle soon enough, they would keep running at idle. My engines are completely mechanical, and not common rail.
i have a 2005 asv rc-60 skidsteer loader. hydraulics seem to bog down and get weak when running auxillary and just driving under medium loads. i use a harley rake attachment for grade work. thought it . Put the machine under a good load and see if engine continues to stall out. If it does, continue load on engine until it stalls and dies if possible. If that happens, immediately open rear door and see if fuel primer bulb is collapsed flat.
