I have just acquired a Mustang 345 and don't know much about it other than how to use it. It has a couple of leaky cylinders that will be repaired in the next couple of weeks so I've been adding hydraulic oil as needed. This morning I was pushing some brush with it .Measure your cylinders when fully extended from the top of the barrel to the point where the ram is not circular around the circumference. Order a set of stops just under that length. The price includes a pair of stops, the safety wire snap locking pins, and the shipping, as well. The first step to replace the hydraulic cylinder on a skid steer grapple is to remove the old one. Follow these instructions to successfully take the previous cylinder off the skid steer: Locate the hydraulic cylinder on the grapple. Inspect it for mounting bolts and hydraulic lines.
