Here is the skid-steer adaptation I built for the loader on my old John Deere 1530. It adds weight and reduces lift capacity somewhat due to the increased pivot distance, but it sure beats trying to line up four holes at the same time on a . I am having persistent problems with bearings going out on the 10" wheel assemblies on my ASV RC-100 skid steer rubber track loader. It seems as though the seal (part #0307-801) that keeps the grease in and the dirt out of the bearing gets eaten away, and then all my grease comes out, resulting in a shot wheel assembly.
THe plates are cold formed to fit the tires shape. I had a cousin make a few about 2 years ago when I got my table burner i cut out his dies for his press to form the grousers. He also built a few sets of tracks from old tractor tires. Hed find a set the when the sidewalls were sawed out he could use as a set of rubber wrap around tracks.
