Just bought one. Oakes mfg. oakes north dakota. 16 hp onan twin. 2 belt driven hydraulic pumps. about 1750 lbs. with bucket. I am having a hard time finding information on this skid steer. any info you have would be appreciated. Have any of you Rounder owners had this problem? When you turn the key the fuel pumps starts but the engine won't. It will start and run if you jump from the battery to the starter.
