Saying what is best, is really about what features you want, which machine you prefer to run, and which dealer you prefer to work with. Machines in the size your looking for beyond the machines you listed, I would consider the Wacker Neuson ET42.

Used machine prices are pretty high right now but you can find a decent one in that k range you seem to be looking at. I have a 150+ acre Pc of property and looking to purchase a used Mini excavator for just personal use on my land which I narrowed down to I think a 5 ton size with rubber tracks with a enclosed cab.
