Weights on back are a good idea and I've found I don't want to lift really high going down hill. We had a L218, 2 L220s and a L213, put about a 1000 hours on each and all got new engines under warranty due to poorly designed motor mounts, belt tensioner, etc. they are complete garbage! I'm helping a buddy try and find a skid loader for him to use around his property. He's not going to put a ton of hours on. We've been looking at 1845c's, 70xt's, and L and LX series New Hollands. With his budget, most have pretty high hours - 6000-9000. Is it nice to have high flow for a skid steer.
