Was mainly used for snow and some landscaping. hes has 6800 obo for the price it doesnt seem to bad if everything works like it should. I've been in the market as well and having trouble finding a decent machine with low hours for a good price. I guess thats what everyone wants. Was at my local bobcat dealer today and couldn't believe the hours on their used stuff. I've been trying to stay in the 1500-2000 hrs range and they have bobcats around 4-5000 hours. I run johndeere. For 10 grand you need to rent. I just spent half that on tracks. And to the above post. I got 400 hrs on my last set of tracks. All depends on how much asphalt you are on. But remember this on owning a skid steer. Every time you get worked on. Plan on spending a few hundred dollars. If you rent it and it breaks they fix it.
Unless you have a natural aptitude for running skid steers I don't think you will "learn" the controls in a hour.
