The new Solenoids showed positive continuity, so I feel like I discovered the issue correctly with my .Hydraulic Control Valve Lock Out Solenoid for John Deere Skid Steer Loader(s) 5575, 6675, 7775, 8875, New Holland Skid Steer Loader(s) L140. Replaces John Deere OEM nos MG87030707, MG86575596, Replaces New Holland OEM nos 84151310, 86575596, 87030707. Have a 1987 New Holland L785. Have changed the hydraulic oil, two hydraulic filters, cleaned mesh screen on intake side of gear pump. Machine was working good and then all of a sudden boom no longer works. I am thinking boom lockout solenoid. Removed solenoid and bench tested (applied 12 volt power) to see valve in base of solenoid opening.

If not, then plug that one back in and unplug the other solenoid and restart your loader and see if the plugged in one works. I would at least follow the harness to see if you can see anything obvious. Jump in the seat and use a jumper to send power to the solenoid so you can unlock boom and get it in the air.
